how pleased I was at the quick
response time I experienced in
dealing with your company. I had
called a couple of times with
different questions. You always
called right back. Because I am
usually on the run, I
communicated a lot with my cell
phone. Because of where I live,
that is sometimes a problem. My
office is not the best either
for signals. We had played
telephone tag because my cell
cut us off. I emailed just to
let you know the various options
in getting a hold of me
(cell, home, office). You very
promptly got back to me and we
took care of it. I have always
been in customer service
industries myself and really
